Natural Condition
- To surround clayey gravel, gravelly sand, marly clay in the soil
- The immediate proximity of a large mass of water in the form of the estuary
- To protect against the possible cold spells early in the growth cycle 
- To enable earlier ripening of the grapes

Vinification
- No herbicides are used to maintain the soil
- The marc is pressed in a pneumatic press producing a press wine

Ageing
- maturing period of 10-13 months
- Being clarified using egg white

Serving
Cellaring: At least 10 years
